To qualify to live at Vista Azul, your household must meet the income requirements and student status eligibility requirements .

Vista Azul offers 70 affordable family apartment homes in Carlsbad, CA. This community consists of a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and will serve family households earning between 30% AMI and 60% AMI for San Diego County.
